The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPRs), which come into force on 25 May 2018, set out the principles to be followed when collecting, processing and storing personal data. They also guarantee rights for those affected.

  1. Target

The purpose of collecting data on the site is to create a file for the management of our company's prospects and clients or candidates.   1. Relevance of data

In order to best follow the interest of Cobots Solutions prospects and clients and candidates, the file collects all information from visitors to the site  related to identity, professional information and its activity on the site  .  In accordance with the Computer Law and Freedoms, information relating to racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sexual life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

  1. Processing and consent conditions (Article 6 and 7 of the RGPD)

Consent to the processing of a visitor's personal data is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, when entering a newsletter registration form or downloading a white paper or infographic, the purpose of obtaining the visitor's email address is to send a notification to the visitor during new publications or to offer him resources that might be of interest to him. When submitting an application, the purpose of obtaining the candidate's postal address, telephone and email address is to make contact either by email, telephone or mail.

  1. Data retention

Data collected on the website is kept for up to 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last activity on the website by the person. On the other hand, for contacts identified outside recruitment, data collected on the site is kept for up to 36 months. At the end of these periods, all personal data will be automatically deleted. When it comes to recruitment, unless you request otherwise, Cobots Solutions may keep your personal data in its files for a period of time and possibly contact you in the future for other job opportunities at Cobots Solutions.

  1. People's rights

In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Act and the RGPD, anyone can exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of treatment, the deletion and portability of data concerning him by making the request by signed mail and accompanied by a copy of an ID at the head office of Cobots Solutions. The data collected on the site as well as through our Mailchimp, Plezi, SAP and related treatments providers are hosted by Mailchimp, Plezi and SAP. Only people linked to the technical, marketing, communication, commercial and HR department of the company and its providers have access to the information collected on the site via a personal identifier and unique to the Plezi platform.

  1. Data breach and communication within 72 hours (RGPD 33 and 34)

In the event of a violation or suspicion of a breach of personal data,  will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after learning of it.
